This 45-acre sports-anchored development is organized around a 10-acre park adjacent to Lambeau Field and was designed to be an active environment throughout the year, not just during event days at the stadium. The organization of spaces progresses from areas with more lively uses near the stadium to more open and quitter spaces at the opposite end of the plaza.

TitleTown includes different residential types, commercial areas, office buildings, public space, a full-size football field, and active play areas that are a showplace for the NFL’s Play60 initiative.

The success of the master planning and design has had a profound impact on the community.  In addition to millions of visitors since it opened five years ago, the live-work-play destination has attracted a joint-venture innovation incubator with Microsoft, a boutique hotel, a sports medicine facility, restaurants, 150,000sf of office space, over 200 residences, and other commercial uses.

The client’s goals for the project were to create a place that would bolster the regional economy, attract and retain skilled people to the area, and create a diverse and inclusive public space.  The design and planning for TitleTown were integral to achieving those goals.
